Home-cooked food is generally allowed for patients in general wards, subject to the treating doctor's advice. Patients in the ICU or AMC follow a doctor-prescribed diet only.
What is a day care surgery?
A day care surgery is a procedure where the patient is admitted, operated upon, and discharged on the same day, without an overnight hospital stay — suitable for select minor and laparoscopic procedures.
Are all the consultants available 24 hours?
Our full-time doctor, nursing staff, and Director are available round the clock for emergencies. Individual specialist consultants see patients at fixed OPD hours, and are on call for urgent cases.
Is there a pharmacy available at the hospital?
Yes, our in-house pharmacy is open 24 hours a day, so patients and families don't need to go elsewhere for medicines.
How do I get a discharge summary?
Your discharge summary is prepared by the treating physician's team at the time of discharge. If you need a duplicate copy later, our front office can issue one on request.
