Common Questions
What are your OPD timings?
Our OPD runs every day from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Emergency services are available 24x7, so urgent cases are seen at any hour outside OPD timings too.
Is emergency care available at all hours?
Yes. Our Casualty and ICU teams - including a qualified doctor, nursing staff, and support staff - are on duty 24x7 with centralized oxygen and emergency medicines on hand.
Do you accept health insurance or cashless treatment?
We accept most major health insurance policies and support cashless treatment for empanelled TPAs and government health schemes. Please bring your policy or ID card at admission, or call our front desk beforehand to confirm your specific insurer is covered.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through this website, or call our front desk directly to schedule a consultation with any of our specialists.
What are your visiting hours for in-patients?
General visiting hours are 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily. ICU visiting is limited to short, scheduled windows to protect patient recovery - our nursing staff on the floor can guide family members on timing.
Do you have a pharmacy and lab on-site?
Yes, both our pharmacy and laboratory operate 24 hours a day, so patients don't need to go elsewhere for medicines or tests.
